Testimonials

“Just a note to thank you for the excellent training courses you recently put on. Everyone who came along benefited enormously from each of the days and came into work the following day re motivated, with fresh ideas and a fresh approach to their job. Not only that, I have noticed those that weren’t are now actually taking more responsibility for what they do. Halleluiah....!”
Jonathan Grant, Managing Director, W Howard

''The day far exceeded anything I imagined.” “Marcus was fantastic, so much energy and enthusiasm. I was completely engaged throughout. Lots of learning, both for the workplace and personal. Thankyou.”
Jane Blackburn, Head of People Development, New Charter Housing Trust Group

PWG have put together an exceptional series of courses and industry experts that deliver on every level. Without exception, the courses were delivered by inspirational and engaging speakers with considerable real world experience. They were presented in such a way as to allow (and actively encourage) the attendees to steer discussion and debate, and it is testament to the depth of knowledge of the speakers that they could tailor the day to the needs of the audience while still delivering high quality core content. Importantly for us, the courses delivered a whole range of simple and practical tools that could immediately be used by us in the business. Almost as valuable as the courses themselves was the opportunity to meet other delegates from a wide range of industries and learn about the challenges they face and the solutions they are implementing – in such an engaging environment, calling it ‘networking’ does not do it justice.

Employee Engagement

Businesses with more engaged employees achieve higher profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction. This is because engaged employees are committed to their organisation’s goals and values and are motivated to contribute to organisational success.

Engaged employees are more highly motivated to make a positive contribution, try harder, perform better and are less likely to leave than their disengaged colleagues. (The Corporate Leadership Council)

At The Phoenix Way Group, we offer a practical framework to help you measure and enhance employee engagement so that your organisation can better understand its own drivers for success and find ways to maximise its potential.

The Engagement Service can be delivered in a number of ways to suit all budgets.

Employee Engagement Diagnostic Tools

As part of the diagnostic service, we draw on a range of techniques to review and evaluate levels of employee engagement and identify areas for improvement in your organisation. This can be achieved by talking to your senior managers directly and /or by gathering employees’ views through online surveys. We can also run focus groups to understand feedback in more depth.

Our online survey service includes a range of standard and bespoke online surveys to measure and track employee engagement and attitudes, perceptions of culture and employee suggestions.

The results would then be provided  in our engagement report which gives a simple ‘dashboard’ of measures to highlight where your organisation is doing well and areas for you to focus on to build engagement further.

We can also develop more detailed surveys tailored to your organisation’s needs and provide the full service of design, analysis, reporting and presentation of results and recommendations if required.
